Endo Health, Inc. is building self-driving healthcare, starting with GLP-1s, and believes patients should delegate treatment coordination to an AI that learns over time.
You’ll own patient journeys end to end—from the patient interface to the agent systems and the post-completion follow-up. This early engineering role offers architecture influence, direct collaboration with the founder and clinicians, and real-workship shipping that proves impact in patient care.
"Build the agents that get patients treated."
Endo is building self-driving healthcare, starting with GLP-1s. We believe patients should be able to delegate the work of getting treated to an AI that knows them over time. That means getting care delivered, following what happens, and using each experience to make the next one better.
A prescription is only the beginning. Between a treatment decision and medication at someone’s door are insurance rules, prior authorizations, pharmacy inventory, payments, and a dozen opportunities for care to fall through. Today, patients do much of that coordination themselves. We’re building agents that take it off their hands.
You’ll own these journeys end to end: the interface a patient sees, the systems an agent can act on, and the follow-up that tells us whether the job actually got done. The hard problems are concrete. What happens when coverage is denied, a pharmacy is out of stock, or a handoff gets lost? How does the system recover without making the patient start over?
This is an early engineering role with room to shape the architecture and the product. You’ll work directly with the founder and clinicians, ship into real workflows, and see whether what you built helped someone get treated.
