Job summary

People in AI in New York is seeking a founding engineer to join a small, high-caliber team and take ownership of product, architecture, and technical direction. You will help build an AI-native platform that combines automation, knowledge systems, and human expertise to improve care coordination.

They're building an AI-native platform that combines intelligent automation, contextual knowledge systems, and human expertise to simplify fragmented healthcare workflows.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role spanning full-stack product development, complex backend systems, and production AI workflows.

You'll help build an intelligent, continuously learning platform that transforms real-world interactions into actionable knowledge and supports increasingly sophisticated agentic workflows.
