We’re partnering with a venture-backed AI startup that is transforming how consumer brands operate and grow. The company is building an AI-powered platform designed to act as an operational layer across the entire business, helping brands identify what truly drives revenue, eliminate inefficiencies, and automate critical decision-making.
Having already achieved strong early customer traction and significant measurable impact for clients, the business is experiencing rapid growth and is now looking to hire its second engineering leader to help scale both the platform and the company.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a foundational stage, work directly with the founding team, and play a major role in shaping product direction, engineering culture, and technical architecture.
As a Founding Senior Engineer, you’ll serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing and building the core systems powering the platform. You’ll work across backend infrastructure, data systems, AI-enabled automation, integrations, and product development.
This is a player-coach position ideal for someone who still loves writing code every day while helping establish engineering best practices and mentoring future hires.
If you’re excited by the idea of building AI-powered systems from the ground up, enjoy high-ownership environments, and want to help define the future of how businesses are operated, we’d love to hear from you.
