Job summary

Parameter builds AI agents that perform autonomous security testing and deliver findings that engineers and CISOs can act on. You will own how Parameter looks and works across its web app, reports, marketing site, and brand.

As the first designer, you’ll shape the product experience end-to-end—from engagement scoping to remediation workflows—while collaborating across product and customers. This onsite SF role emphasizes clarity, trust, and practical design decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software products with a shipped-work portfolio.
• Ability to design across product and brand, from data-dense interfaces to marketing pages.
• Comfort with complex UI: tables, timelines, diff views, nested detail states.
• You work close to code; you can read the frontend, prototype in it, or ship CSS changes.
• Strong opinions, defended to engineers and customers.
• Bonus: experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or security products.

Responsibilities

• Own product design for the Parameter web application, from engagement scoping to findings review to remediation workflows
• Design interfaces for reviewing agent runs: replayable attack traces, evidence chains, and trust decisions
• Build and maintain the design system in Figma and in code, so engineers can ship consistent UI
• Own the brand across the website, reports, launches, events, and the occasional merch
• Sit in on customer calls, watch people use the product, and turn what you see into the next thing we ship
