Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a Founding Design Engineer to own an app end to end—from initial sketches to mobile release and post-launch iterations. You will craft visual and interaction designs and implement them in code, delivering polished screens with native feel, motion, and haptics.

You will work in a small, early-stage consumer apps team, shaping the product, analyzing data, and deciding what to improve or remove based on real user feedback. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps with real users.
• Experience owning an app across design, implementation, data, and release.
• Ability to create visual and interaction designs and implement them in code.
• Experience with Flutter, Dart, Swift, or Kotlin, and familiarity with Firebase and TypeScript.
• Experience building products in a startup environment and independently moving work forward without detailed specifications.
• Ability to use product data and user conversations to guide decisions after launch.
