Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of youth development or school-based experience.
• 1–2 years coaching or leading adults to improve student outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage restorative practices.
• Data-informed approach to student support and culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement restorative accountability systems to promote ownership, growth, and ethical decision-making among young men.
• Lead equitable crisis and conflict management strategies.
• Maintain transparent communication with students and families regarding expectations, interventions, and supports.
• Oversee SEL programming and student leadership pathways.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop behavior plans and support systems.
• Lead professional development to build strong classroom culture and restorative practices.
• Coordinate culture data reviews and drive continuous improvement.
