Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in educational leadership preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a K-12 setting; 3 years leadership/coaching preferred.
• Proven ability to support students and foster a positive climate.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; equity and inclusion commitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee positive behavior support strategies to promote a positive climate.
• Manage student discipline with fair, consistent policies.
• Coordinate with counselors and support staff for individualized interventions.
• Respond to student concerns and provide guidance through challenges.
• Develop proactive disciplinary interventions with the Principal; coordinate referrals.
• Assist new students with transitions into the school community.
• Monitor student progress with data-driven plans for improvement.
• Represent the school at community events and advocate for student needs.
• Supervise after-school detention, Saturday Academy, and Summer Bridge/Credit Recovery with Principal oversight.
• Other duties as assigned by the Principal.
