Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a founding Data Engineer to establish a modern data infrastructure for an online marketplace serving HVAC and building automation sectors. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering to design a scalable Snowflake-based platform from the ground up.

You'll own ETL/ELT pipelines, dbt Core models, APIs with FastAPI, data governance, and executive dashboards. This is a greenfield opportunity in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake architecture, including schema design and cost management.
• Experience building ELT pipelines and data models across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and own a modern data platform centered around Snowflake with Bronze/Silver/Gold layers.
• Develop and maintain ELT pipelines using Airbyte or Fivetran to ingest data from diverse sources.
