Job summary

Ceno Group Inc. is seeking a founding CTO to own the technical vision from day one, building the brokerage infrastructure, ledgers, AI research pipeline, and security standards while partnering with the CEO to advance the initial product toward a production-ready system.

You will architect end-to-end systems across mobile, backend, broker integrations, data rights, and regulatory guardrails, hire the first engineers, and represent Ceno in discussions with regulators, investors, and partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in software engineering leadership with architecture ownership
• Hands-on technical strength and ability to write production code
• Experience building/operating production fintech/brokerage systems
• Familiarity with regulated environments and auditability
• Strong communication with founders, engineers, partners, and regulators

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision and architecture for the platform
• Lead and hire the initial engineering team
• Build modular broker/custody/integration layers and secure, compliant systems
• Oversee the trade lifecycle, ledgering, and reconciliation workflows
• Ensure security, RBAC, encryption, and disaster recovery from day one
• Represent the company in technical engagements with investors and partners
• Collaborate with CEO on regulatory and partner diligence
