Job summary

Paratus Sciences is seeking the founding clinical operations leader to own end-to-end delivery of our clinical pipeline and to translate strategy into scalable, executable programs. You will govern CROs, manage vendors and budgets, assess feasibility, and lead the ClinOps function as the pipeline advances from Phase 2 onward, with an eye toward IND readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical operations in biotech or pharma.
• Direct sponsor-side CRO management experience.
• Leadership in early phase trials (FIH, Phase 1/2).
• Strong command of ICH-GCP and global regulatory needs.
• Experience building or scaling ClinOps infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery and CRO governance.
• Define infrastructure, SOPs, and risk-based monitoring.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and program-level finances.
• Oversee vendor relationships from startup to close-out.
• Build and scale the ClinOps team as pipelines grow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and study quality.
