Job summary

Foundation Medicine seeks a Clinical Program Lead in Boston to drive operational execution for FMI’s clinical studies. You will manage start-up activities, milestones, budgets, and resource planning while coordinating with labs, data management, and partners to ensure timely, quality data delivery.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field or 4+ years of experience in clinical trial or data management roles in lieu of a Degree, AND
• 2+ years of clinical trial or data management experience in a professional life science environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and start up studies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead trial operations including milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Coordinate data delivery and dashboard reporting to partners and FMI leadership.
• Maintain compliant documentation and communicate decisions and updates.
• Support audits, CAPAs, and process improvements across operations.
