FutureSight is seeking an experienced Founding CEO for a B2B WealthTech advisor AI copilot. The role leads product, GTM, and fundraising while shaping the future of a venture studio-backed company. You will own customer discovery, steer pilots, and build a high-impact team in a fast-moving startup.

The position targets NYC-area wealth management firms and requires the drive to co-found a new venture with a strong emphasis on capital raising and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive and willingness to co-found a new venture as CEO.
• Experience leading early-stage SaaS or fintech ventures.
• Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations.
• Strong GTM, sales, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Leadership experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap: own customer discovery and translate insights into a GTM plan.
• Build the product: collaborate with product/engineering to launch V1.
• Win customers: run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention.”
• Raise capital: lead seed round with studio backing.
