Job summary

FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI-native SaaS company that automates growth for SMB service businesses. You will own the full customer lifecycle, drive pilots, pricing, and retention, and shape the product alongside a world-class product/engineering team.

This is a founder-level opportunity with significant equity. You will build the company’s GTM strategy, recruit a founding team, and lead seed fundraising to accelerate MVP delivery

Qualifications

Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO.
Experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS.
Proven success in GTM and customer engagement for B2B SaaS.
Fundraising fluency and capital-raising experience.
Strong people leadership and culture-building能力。
Comfort with equity-driven comp and long-term incentives.
Ability to shape pricing, pilots, and retention strategies.
Comfort operating in a venture-studio environment with hands-on support.

Responsibilities

Win customers — run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention and expansion.
Build the product — collaborate with product/engineering to launch V1.
Raise capital — lead seed round with initial investment.
Build your team — hire founding team and set the culture.
