FutureSight is hiring an experienced Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI Compliance venture serving SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. You will shape the vision, build the founding team, and own the go-to-market and fundraising strategy.

This full-time role offers significant equity and the chance to steer product direction from day one, working with a venture studio that co-invests in B2B SaaS startups. Expect high autonomy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Must be a founder-level driver to co-found and lead a new venture as CEO.
• Proven track record in building B2B SaaS or venture-backed startups.
• Strong GTM, sales and marketing leadership for enterprise customers.
• Fluent fundraising capabilities and investor storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and build the founding team for the new venture.
• Lead pilots, pricing, and retention/expansion strategies with customers.
• Raise capital and lead seed funding efforts.
• Drive product direction with the product/engineering pod and set cultural foundation.
