FutureSight is seeking a visionary Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture targeting the $20B+ employee benefits ecosystem. The role centers on piloting pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion with brokers, MGAs, and mid-market employers.

You will build the product with our pod, raise seed capital, and hire the founding team, establishing the cultural foundation for a high-growth venture. This is a full-time, equity-forward opportunity.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found and lead a new venture as CEO.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurtech is a plus.
• Strong fundraising fluency and ability to close capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of a new AI data infrastructure venture.
• Shape pricing, pilots, and retention/expansion strategies.
• Raise seed capital and manage the initial fundraising round.
