Job summary

FutureSight is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to lead HawkAI, a logistics-focused autonomous voice and messaging assistant. The CEO will drive pilots, pricing, and retention while shaping a V1 product with FutureSight’s product/engineering team.

The role requires founder-level leadership, startup scrappiness, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS or venture-backed startups, plus strong fundraising fluency and team-building capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be founder-level and capable of co-founding a new venture as the CEO.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or venture-backed startups is essential.
• Strong fundraising skills and investor networking are required.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion.
• Build the product — Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1.
• Raise capital — Lead the seed raise with our initial cheque.
• Build your team — Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation.
