FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to launch an AI-native platform for the AEC industry, redefining how firms pursue projects and manage proposals. You will lead the venture from Day 1 and shape the product, customer acquisition, and strategic direction.

In this full-time role, you will win customers, raise seed capital, and assemble the founding team while establishing a strong cultural foundation and growth trajectory for the company.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO and build the team.
• Proven GTM success in B2B SaaS and professional services.
• Experience fundraising and closing seed rounds.
• Strong leadership to set culture and scale from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion
• Build the product — Work with product/engineering to launch V1
• Raise capital — Lead the seed round with our initial investment
• Build your team — Hire founding team and set cultural foundation
