FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to lead HawkAI, an autonomous voice and messaging assistant for logistics teams. This founder-led venture focuses on transforming a $26B+ logistics market with AI-powered communications.

Qualifications
- Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO.
- Startup scrappiness; comfortable owning a product from concept to market.
- Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS.
- Fundraising fluency; able to craft investor narratives and close capital.
- GTM leadership across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- People leadership and culture-building capabilities.
- Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B software.
- Bonus: exposure to AI agents/LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion.
- Build the product — Collaborate with FutureSight’s team to launch V1.
- Raise capital — Lead the seed raise with our initial cheque.
- Build your team — Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation.
