FutureSight is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to launch a new AI Compliance venture serving SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. Lead the vision, build the team, and drive the company from day one as a founder-in-chief in New York.

You will win customers, shape pricing, raise capital, and guide the product from concept to V1, while establishing a strong culture and scalable go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive and vision to co-found a new venture.
• Experience building early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech ventures.
• Proven ability to shape GTM strategy and close strategic customers.
• Track record raising capital and communicating with investors.
• Leadership experience and ability to recruit a founding team.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention & expansion.
• Build the product — Collaborate with product/engineering to launch V1.
• Raise capital — Lead the seed round with initial investment.
• Build your team — Hire founding members and establish culture.
