Job summary

FutureSight is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to launch a new AI Compliance venture serving SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. You will shape the vision, build the team, and lead this transformation in a $10B RegTech market.

You will win customers through pilots, craft pricing, and validate retention and expansion while building the product with FutureSight’s pod to launch V1. You’ll raise capital and own the equity stake.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
• Experience building and leading early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech ventures.
• Strong fundraising and investor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing and retention.
• Build the product with the product/engineering pod to launch V1.
• Raise the seed round and secure initial funding.
• Hire the founding team and establish a strong culture.
