FutureSight seeks an experienced Founding CEO to launch an AI data infrastructure venture serving the $20B+ employee benefits ecosystem. You will lead pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention while building a product with the team to launch V1.

The role includes raising seed capital and forming the founding team to establish culture. You will drive a full-time, exclusive commitment to building a new SaaS venture, with equity and strategic guidance from an active venture studio.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO.
• Proven GTM success in B2B SaaS or fintech spaces.
• Experience fundraising and closing rounds.
• Strong leadership to build and scale a founding team.
