FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead HawkAI, an autonomous voice and messaging assistant for logistics teams in Seattle. You will guide pilots, shape pricing and drive adoption while building a world-class team and product strategy.

You will raise capital, own go-to-market, and establish the cultural foundation of a new SaaS venture, with a significant equity stake and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive and willingness to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
• Startup scrappiness and ability to own a project end-to-end.
• Proven track record in founding or leading a B2B SaaS venture.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention and expansion.
• Build the product — collaborate with product/engineering to launch V1.
• Raise capital — lead seed round with initial cheque.
• Build your team — hire founding team and establish culture.
