Job summary

FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to lead HawkAI, an autonomous voice and messaging assistant for logistics teams. You will own the vision and recruit the founding team, setting the strategic direction for the venture.

You will build the product with FutureSight’s pod, raise seed capital, pilot programs, and shape pricing to drive early adoption in logistics. This is a full-time founder role with substantial equity.

Qualifications

• You will co-found a new venture as the CEO and drive the startup’s vision.
• Strong fundraising and investor relations abilities are required.
• Experience leading GTM, sales, and customer engagement for B2B SaaS.
• Proven people leadership and ability to build a founding team.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, freight, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Bonus: exposure to AI agents/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion.
• Build the product with the product/engineering team to launch V1.
• Raise seed capital and manage early fundraising activities.
• Hire the founding team and establish the company culture.
