Job summary

FutureSight is seeking a Founding CEO to launch an AI-native reverse logistics platform. You will shape the vision, recruit the founding team, and lead seed fundraising while partnering with product/engineering to ship the MVP. The role offers a substantial equity stake and ownership of a new SaaS venture.

You will build and scale a venture studio-backed company, navigate a high-growth market, and define GTM, pricing, and long-term strategy with investors and early customers.

Qualifications

Founding experience and a track record of launching ventures.
Proven ability to raise seed funding and engage investors.
Strong leadership to build and guide a founding team and culture.
GTM expertise for B2B SaaS with enterprise or strategic customers.
Experience in operations-heavy commerce, logistics, or returns workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the founding of the new venture and set the strategic vision.
Build the product, define MVP scope, and align with engineering/product teams.
Raise capital through seed round and establish investor relationships.
Hire the founding team and establish the cultural foundation.
