Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club Katy is seeking a friendly, dependable team member for the Member Assist Cart Attendant role at the new Katy location. You’ll help keep the parking lot tidy, assist members with loading purchases, and retrieve carts to ensure a welcoming, efficient first and last impression for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds for members
• Assist members with transporting and loading purchases into their vehicles
• Operate cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures
• Proactively identify members who need help and provide friendly service
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and a safe, well-kept exterior environment
• Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and memberships
• Ensure carts and flatbeds are stocked in correct locations
