Sam’s Club in Tomball, TX is hiring a Member Assist Cart Attendant to welcome members in a brand-new club. You’ll retrieve carts, help load purchases into vehicles, and keep the parking lot clean and safe while delivering friendly service.

This role is outdoors, active, and customer-focused, with opportunities to grow within a leading retailer through training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds for members
• Assist members with transporting and loading purchases into their vehicles
• Operate cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures
• Proactively identify members who need help, engage them, and provide friendly, helpful service
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and a safe, well-kept exterior environment
• Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and memberships throughout every interaction
