Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds for members.
• Assist members with transporting and loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Operate cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify members who need help, engage them, and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and a safe, well-kept exterior environment.
• Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and memberships throughout interactions.
