Job summary

Brillante Academy in Mission, TX is seeking highly dedicated elementary teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. The founding teacher will implement a two-way, dual-language immersion program and a classical-plus curriculum to support bilingual, biliterate students.

You will contribute to a joyful school culture, build strong relationships with students and families, and participate in ongoing professional development as Brillante grows from PreK3 through 4th grade and expands across Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas teaching certification with Bilingual and/or ESL endorsements (or enrolled in alternative certification).
• Experience in early childhood or elementary teaching with demonstrated student results preferred

• Cultivate and lead a joyful learning environment for every child.
• Internalize, individualize, and teach two-way dual-language immersion with a classical-plus curriculum.
• Contribute to a vibrant school culture and implement school-wide systems for instruction, culture and character development.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Engage in data-driven instruction and participate in professional development days

Education
