Job summary

Osmind is expanding its sales team and hiring two Founding Business Development Representatives to build outbound motion from the ground up. You will report to the Director of Sales and help shape the playbook used by the team.

This role targets clinics using ketamine, Spravato, and TMS therapies, with automation via Unify to focus your time on conversations. You’ll own outbound workflows, write effective cold emails, and qualify opportunities to drive growth for Osmind’s psychiatry-focused

Qualifications

• Owns new outbound motion and helps build playbook as Osmind scales.
• Able to start conversations with clinics without warm introductions.
• Comfortable discussing how a business makes and loses money in healthcare.
• Writes clear, persuasive outreach and emails to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own a list of target clinics and learn their decisions makers.
• Research accounts before outreach to tailor the first sentence.
• Spend real time on the phone to move conversations forward.
• Respond quickly to interest from clinics and qualify opportunities.
• Route clinics to the right offering and hand over to AE as appropriate.
• Own outbound workflow in Unify, enrichment, sequencing, and drafting.
