Job summary

Osmind is hiring a second mid-market Account Executive to close deals with psychiatry practices, guiding them from initial meeting to signature. You’ll work with physician owners and practice admins, building a compelling ROI case and leveraging AI tools to increase selling efficiency.

You’ll report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with founding BDRs to grow outbound motion and forecast pipeline, while representing Osmind at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing end-to-end deals at six-figure values.
• Experience selling to independent medical practices and multi-stakeholder committees.
• Ability to discuss practice P&L and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Run mid-market deals from first meeting to signature.
• Diagnose which offerings fit a practice early in the conversation.
• Build the financial/ROI case and discuss accounts receivable related metrics.
