Job summary

Union Specialty, a New York-based AI-native wholesale insurance brokerage, seeks a technically minded broker who can manage accounts end-to-end while collaborating with the CTO and engineers to improve the platform. You will handle submissions, quotes, negotiations, and bindings, and you will own fixes and process improvements from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance brokerage or underwriting support roles.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building with underwriters and agents.
• Proactive, self-directed with ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end brokerage processes from submission to bind and endorsement management.
• Collaborate with CTO and engineers to improve platform tooling and workflows.
• Serve as a bridge between brokers, underwriters, and the platform team on day-to-day issues.
