Job summary

Agentio is seeking a Research Engineer to advance applied AI/ML research and production systems. You will evaluate methods on proprietary data, develop novel models, and ship them with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities include turning problems into research questions, running rigorous experiments, and helping shape Agentio's research standards. The role blends research with production impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience conducting applied ML research with production ML systems.
• Publications, open-source contributions, or comparable work are valued.
• Ability to turn product problems into tractable research questions and produce production-ready results.
• Strong knowledge of current AI research and practical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own research problems from problem definition and experimentation through production.
• Evaluate AI/ML methods against Agentio's data with rigorous experiments and production measurements.
• Develop models, algorithms, training approaches, or datasets when needed and ship successful approaches.
• Help set Agentio's research agenda and technical standards for applied ML.
