Job summary

Agentio Inc. is building AI-native infrastructure for creator advertising. We seek a Research Engineer to advance applied AI/ML research, developing models that improve predictions and automate decisions in creator advertising.

The role spans research and production, evaluating methods from academia and industry, training models on Agentio data, and shipping them with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in applied ML research with production ML systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous product problems into tractable research questions.
• Strong engineering skills to ship ML in production.
• Publications or open-source work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own research problems from definition and experimentation through production.
• Evaluate AI/ML methods against Agentio's data and run rigorous experiments.
• Develop models, algorithms, training approaches, or datasets when existing techniques aren't sufficient. Collaborate with engineering and product to ship.
• Help set Agentio's research agenda and technical standards for applied ML.
