Job summary

Agentio is seeking a research-focused professional to build AI-native infrastructure for creator advertising. You will own research problems from formulation through experimentation and product application, and work with engineering to productionize successful results.

You will explore foundation models, multimodal learning, and decision-making, translating complex research into measurable product improvements while shaping Agentio's research agenda and contributing to a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• PhD in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience applying research to real products or production systems is highly valued.
• Strong implementation skills: prototype ideas, work with large datasets and ML stacks, collaborate with engineers for productionization.

Responsibilities

• Own research problems from problem formulation through experimentation, validation, and product application.
• Design rigorous experiments and evaluations, develop new methods where needed, and show evidence that advances improve product outcomes.
• Develop models, algorithms, training approaches, datasets, and evaluation methods; partner with engineering to productionize research results.
• Help define Agentio's research agenda and set a high bar for experimental rigor across applied ML work.
