Ladders is seeking a Founding AI Training Partnerships Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will help shape and expand strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem, solving training and operational challenges for emerging technology organizations. This role will help shape and expand strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem, with a focus on solving complex training and operational challenges for emerging technology organizations. The position combines business development, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to move opportunities from outreach through close and successful delivery. It will also contribute to building repeatable commercial processes and bringing market feedback into broader business strategy as the business continues to scale.
