Millee is the fastest-growing, AI-driven recruitment performance platform. As our Engineer, you will help build the infrastructure and APIs powering AI-driven insights for real-time decision making.

You will design a serverless, scalable architecture, process large datasets efficiently, and ensure high reliability from day one. Early‑stage equity is included for a founder‑level impact role in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped AI features to production and own architecture from day one.
• Strong full stack engineer who can translate real-world workflows into reliable software systems.
• Design and evolve a serverless, event-driven architecture processing data in real time.
• Experience building multi-step AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Understand routing tasks across model tiers for generation and classification.
• Build event ingestion pipelines for webhooks, transcripts, and CRM activity.
• Work with retrieval systems combining knowledge bases with context-aware AI.
• Design fault-tolerant systems with retries and durable queues.
