Millee is seeking an Engineer to join an early-stage, equity-bearing opportunity. You will build and optimize the infrastructure powering AI-driven insights, designing scalable APIs and processing large datasets to enable high-performance AI recruitment performance.

You will shape a serverless, event-driven architecture for real-time data and orchestrate multi-step AI systems, routing tasks across model tiers and ensuring reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the infrastructure powering AI-driven insights.
• Design scalable APIs and process large datasets efficiently.
• Ensure high-performance systems for AI recruitment performance.
• Design and evolve a serverless, event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.
• Develop multi-step AI systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Route tasks across model tiers (generation vs classification).
• Create event ingestion pipelines for webhooks, transcripts, and CRM activity.
• Improve and scale the AI decision layer that assembles context and generates actions.
