Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a founding engineer to build and operate an enterprise AI platform. You will ship production AI use cases end-to-end, from infrastructure to monitoring, establishing engineering standards and leading a growing team.

You will own CI/CD for AI assets, work with Azure AI environments, and collaborate with SAP/IT partners to keep core capability in-house. A truly hands-on, principal-scope role awaits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with production LLM or agentic systems, with end-to-end data flows and monitoring
• Proven ability to design and operate CI/CD pipelines and release gates
• Experience in identity-aware API and integration design
• Familiarity with Claude and Microsoft Copilot in daily development loops

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the governed enterprise MCP gateway and Azure AI environments
• Own CI/CD for AI assets and the evaluation/observability harness from day one
• Ship production AI use cases and manage a portfolio of retrieval, grounding, and agentic workflows
• Define engineering standards, tooling, and practices; lead as the team grows
