Tier4 Group in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Director of AI Engineering & Platform to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise AI and analytics platform ecosystem. This leader will drive adoption of cloud-based platforms and establish scalable, secure, and cost-efficient operations.
You will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, partner with business leaders, and translate data and AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes, shaping the organization’s AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading software or platform engineering teams.
- Proven experience with cloud data platforms at scale.
- Strong governance, DevOps, and SDLC expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of enterprise AI, analytics, and data platforms.
- Drive adoption and governance of modern cloud-based platforms including Snowflake and other AI-enablement technologies.
- Establish platform standards, operating models, and technical roadmaps that support scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on platform capabilities, enhancements, and investments.
- Maintain a strong point of view on industry trends and AI platform evolution to ensure the organization remains ahead of the curve.
