Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on with agentic coding platforms (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.).
• Track record shipping AI tools involving LLMs, RAG, or agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend infrastructure for internal AI knowledge systems.
• Architect the data layer (graph-based, vector-based, hybrid, or other).
• Build infrastructure to support automated, multi-step research and reasoning workflows.
• Establish data logging and provenance for traceability of outputs.
• Track evolving models and architectures and integrate advances into systems.
