Job summary

Featherless AI is building the world’s most reliable open-model inference platform—enabling developers and enterprises to deploy AI without infrastructure overhead. We’re seeking a founding US/CA GTM member who blends technical insight with entrepreneurial drive.

You’ll engage with model creators, startups, and researchers, expanding pipelines, managing inbound requests, and shaping outbound strategy as we scale.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Able to engage technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal English.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests via chat and email.
• Run outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reports.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish relationships.
