Job summary

Eliza Solutions Corp. is seeking a Lead AI Experience Designer to establish UX/UI practices for its client AI solutions and to lead end-to-end product design from research to production-ready interfaces.

You will shape design standards, mentor teams, and partner with AI Product Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers on multiple engagements, elevating user experience across the portfolio. This founding role focuses on elevating end-user experience and setting the design bar for enterprise AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product design—from research and problem framing through prototyping, testing, and polished UI delivery.
• Strong user-research capability, including interviews, concept validation, and usability testing.
• Excellent product judgment: able to make clear recommendations in ambiguous environments and explain the reasoning behind them.
• A portfolio showing thoughtful interaction design, visual craft, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to ship real products.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to facilitate working sessions and present to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort managing several concurrent workstreams without compromising quality.
• An AI-native working style and a practical understanding of how modern AI systems shape product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define design standards for AI product design at Eliza.
• Establish reusable design systems and interaction patterns across client engagements.
• Create practical design playbooks, templates, and review practices to move from discovery to high-quality interfaces.
• Bring a clear point of view on AI product experiences and translate it for product, engineering, and client teams.
• Lead user discovery, workflow research, concept testing, and usability testing with client stakeholders and end users.
• Synthesize insights into clear user needs, journey maps, and product recommendations.
• Turn ambiguous problems into focused product direction and distinguish between demos and useful products.
• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled products from concept to high-fidelity UI.
