You will collaborate with strategy, technology and leadership to align user needs with business goals while setting direction for design work in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• A portfolio full of beautiful, usable experiences designed across devices and contexts
• Experience building and scaling design systems, with production experience with Figma variables, tokens, and component libraries
• Hybrid design chops with strong UX fundamentals and refined visual design craft
• Mastery of visual design principles and attention to detail
• Curiosity about AI tools and trends for ideation or exploration
• Ability to think holistically about an experience to meet user and business needs
• Comfort sketching and riffing ideas with a team
• Good design judgment when things are unclear and the ability to explain your thinking
• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• At least 5 years designing digital experiences across platform, enterprise, or systems-level work
