Job summary

Eliza, a technology services company, seeks a founding Partner AI Deployment Engineer to serve as the technical counterpart for our OpenAI partnership and to build industry-specific ChatGPT experiences.

You will lead workshops with OpenAI teams and customers, translate business priorities into compelling technical demonstrations, and collaborate with executives to uncover high-value opportunities. This hands-on role blends coding, strategic dialogue, and client impact.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI applications, plugins, agents, or API integrations.
Experience in a customer-facing engineering, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed role.
Ability to establish credibility with business executives while going deep with engineering teams.
Strong product and commercial judgment, with an instinct for value and confidence.
Comfort operating independently and turning ambiguous ideas into working demonstrations.
Willingness to travel for customer workshops, events, and in-person programs.

Responsibilities

Engage executives to understand priorities and identify valuable AI applications.
Build compelling plugins, prototypes, and demonstrations for industries and customer needs.
Lead AI enablement workshops and partner with OpenAI teams for customer meetings and events.
Turn successful ideas into reusable workshop assets, technical patterns, and playbooks.
Transition qualified delivery work smoothly to Eliza's AI Deployment Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
