You will be the first engineering hire, working directly with the Founder to mature a voice AI prototype into a production-grade platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong recent experience in applied AI.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a conversational voice AI product.
• Take the platform from prototype to production.
• Develop full-stack product and referral workflows.
• Integrate with phone systems and IVR infrastructure.
• Own privacy, security and reliability.
• Work directly with customers on deployments.
