Weave is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to build AI that helps engineering teams understand and improve their work. You’ll shape processes and standards from day one, delivering intelligent features that make engineers’ lives easier and more productive.

You’ll work closely with Andrew (CTO) and Adam (CEO) on a small, intensely collaborative team at the ground floor. This is a rare chance to impact millions of engineers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with a track record of shipping features.
• Able to stay calm and perform in a startup with fires.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.
• Willingness to work in office in SF five days a week.
• Passion for improving engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build AI to understand how engineers work and surface actionable insights.
