Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks an early-stage software engineer to join a small team building AI products for commercial real estate in New York. You will work closely with technical leadership to turn customer problems into production features for portfolio research and operational workflows.

As the first dedicated engineer, you will own backend systems in Python, with experience in TypeScript, React, and AWS, and design LLM agents, tool-calling, and multi-step AI pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as a software/AI engineer with a four-year degree.
• Backend with Python; experience in TypeScript, React, AWS.
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents and multi-step AI workflows.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and relational data models.
• Experience building B2B AI products or production software.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a portfolio research and chat experience for data queries and analysis.
• Design and ship agentic workflows, including tool-calling systems and AI pipelines.
• Develop production-ready LLM features with observability and context management.
• Collaborate with customers and experts to deliver features end-to-end.
• Take ownership of a platform area and drive effective solutions.
