Arul Health is seeking a Founding Engineer to join our on-site Boston team. You will shape the architecture of our AI agent platform, write a large portion of the code, and work directly with the CEO to decide what to build next.

You will own parts of the product end-to-end, set engineering standards, hire and grow the team, and build AI agents for scheduling, prior authorizations, refills, and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI agents in production.
• Strong frontend, backend, and infra skills.

Responsabilités

• Own large parts of the product, from the first idea to production.
• Set the architecture of our AI agent platform and choose our tools and infrastructure.
• Build AI agents that do real healthcare tasks: scheduling, prior authorizations, refills and financial assistance applications.
• Speak with patients, caregivers, care navigators and partners to find what to build.
• Set our engineering standards for code review, testing, deployment, security and HIPAA compliance.
• Help hire and grow the engineering team.
