Job summary

Prismera builds AI for commercial real estate portfolio operations. You will join a small team, owning a production system used by institutional clients and turning client ideas into shipped software.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, APIs and data interfaces, designing interfaces that handle complex portfolio workflows, AI tasks, and enterprise data with speed and clarity. In-person, Flatiron, Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years shipping production full-stack software.
• Experience with TypeScript/React on frontend and Python on backend.
• Relational data modeling for messy real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Build and own core product workflows across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and daily interfaces.
• Design and ship interfaces for complex portfolio operations, AI workflows, and enterprise data.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and translate reality into production software.
• Operate with high autonomy across product, engineering, and UX.
