Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Prismera is seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate roles, including acquisitions and asset management. You will play a critical role in deploying Prismera’s AI tools at customer sites, bridging operational needs and product features.
The ideal candidate is strong with people, enjoys tackling ambiguous challenges, and is excited about leveraging AI in commercial real estate.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI impacts the industry.
Prismera builds AI for commercial real estate portfolio operations. Our platform ingests unstructured portfolio documents and turns them into structured intelligence that powers how institutional owners and operators manage portfolios worth billions. We handle everything from document understanding and data extraction to agentic portfolio workflows and deal execution.
We are backed by industry-leading executives, trusted by publicly traded REITs and national operators, and scaling into the largest institutional CRE firms in the world.
This role requires 2 to 5 years in commercial real estate: acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, leasing, or legal. If you haven't worked in CRE, this is not the right fit.
Commercial real estate runs on fragmented systems, manual review, and institutional habits that should have been replaced years ago. You've seen it from the inside, and you've seen how much friction sits between documents and decisions. We're building the layer that fixes it, and this role owns how that layer lands inside customer organizations.
You’ll be the person in the room. You take a customer’s operating environment, figure out how Prismera fits, and drive the adoption that turns a pilot into a platform. You move between the executive conversation and the day‑to‑day operator without losing either. You’re the connective tissue between customer, product, and leadership.
We have enterprise customers and a product entering a market where the incumbent software was never built for what AI now makes possible. You’d be joining at the earliest stage with the most leverage: not to maintain an existing post‑sales machine, but to help define how AI gets deployed across institutional commercial real estate.
This is a chance to help build the new operating layer for an industry that has been underbuilt for decades.
